How long does my order take to ship?

All orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any carrier delays.

What is your return policy? 

At Heart Forged Fibers, we take great care in creating each macramé piece by hand. Our goal is to ensure you’re completely happy with your order. Please read our return policy carefully to understand how it works.

We accept returns on items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at ashley@heartforgedfibers.com to request a return.

• Condition for Returns:
  Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Return Shipping:
  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Refunds:
  Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

We make sure every item is carefully packaged to avoid damage, but if your macramé piece arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement.

• How to Report Damage or Defects:
  Please send us a photo of the damaged or defective item within 10 days of delivery at ashley@heartforgedfibers.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
